The under 8s catchment area is Winscombe, Shipham, Sandford, Sidcot and Churchill schools but players of any ability are welcomed from any school. We have a squad of 15 players and are currently looking to increase that to over 16. This is the number of players needed to play In the A and B team mini football league when the kids reach under 9 age level. At present we play lots of friendly matches against other local clubs based on the A and B team format. We generally win more games than we lose but our real goal is for the kids to have fun playing football. We have a zero tolerance on bullying and encourage kids to overcome shyness and build on their social skills. |
| Match Reports: | We have enjoyed another successful season and achieved our target of winning as many games as we have lost. We have a smashing group of lads who are looking forwards to their first league campaign next season. A big thank you to all the coaches, parents and big brothers who have helped the group this year.
