The Club has close links with TSV Wolkesdorf going back over 20 years.
Wolkesdorf is a small German town, not dissimilar in size to Winscombe, 
located south of Nuremberg in the Bayern region. In alternate years we visit Wolkesdorf or they come to Winscombe to take part in a week of football tournaments, Friendship matches and meet players and families on a social basis.
In 2008 it is the German’s turn to visit us. They are bringing a total of 93 visitors to us this year. They arrive on Saturday 10th May and stay until Friday 16th. Your Committee are already well under way in putting together a very interesting schedule. Most of our visitors have been allocated hosts but there are still a few boys/parents to be housed.
